Acquisition of Kestrel Consulting Makes GTRI a Leading Resource for Enterprise Service Management

November 17, 2009 – Global Technology Resources Inc. The new unit comes on the heels of GTRI’s recent acquisition of Kestrel Consulting, a Portland-based firm with clients across government and commercial industries in Europe, Asia and North and South America.
