It's for the kids… Bal Swan Children's Center is a preschool that provides a welcoming environment for children with special needs and typical children from Metro Denver's northern suburbs and other Front Range communities. We celebrate the uniqueness of every child by focusing on their strengths and building upon their successes. The Center provides early intervention therapies and education services for children with disabilities from infancy to 8 years old. Approximately 40 percent of our student population has a wide variety of disabilities and 60 percent are typical preschoolers.

In this program the abilities rather than the disabilities of each child are emphasized, with particular focus on the "Three C's" basic for everyone:
Fund Raising
Bal Swan benefits from contributions by individuals, businesses and philanthropic organizations. Gifts from donors allow us to provide early childhood programming for nearly 300 children each year. Our energetic volunteers donate invaluable time in the classroom and prepare materials for our staff; participate on various committees planning our two largest fundraisers - the Bal Swan Ball and Golf 4 Kidz; and assist with building maintenance, as well as serve on our Board of Directors.
